I have shopped at Charles Hart for a number of years and have always received wonderful service. Most years I have bought my wife something from their shop, and she has always been delighted. Helpful and friendly I would recommend Charles Hart to anyone who wants to buy something a little different and at a sensible price.

I recently visited this shop in Frome for the first time. I was amazed at the variety of jewellery they had inside! I was served by a really helpful lady and I choose a beautiful second hand diamond ring. I was spoilt for choice, but eventually settled on a diamond cluster. They sized it for me within a day and I am now wearing it every day. Thank you Charles Hart- a great find!
