We have assembled a few Q&A's that you may wish to ask:
I like an item your website, do you keep these in stock?
We keep very few, although we have a large range of items similar to those online. You can certainly choose an item(s) online and we will then ask our supplier to send them on approval for you, with no obligation at all. The website was designed by our diamond supplier and they have the full range. For us to keep in all carats, sizes, stone variations etc would be nigh on impossible, plus the cost of stocking this would be prohibitive. This way we can keep costs to a minimum and you, the buyer gains the advantage by being able to find out the price immediately and at at far lower price.

Ok, I want to buy an item- what happens if I do not like it?
You just return it for a full refund.
Delivery is usually 7-10 days although some are quicker, depending on stock levels. Please be sure you have accurately measured your finger. We are here to discuss and maybe it would be better to ask for a small selection to be sent to our shop in Frome so that you can make a choice.
What are your opening times?
We are open from 9am until 5pm every day, and do not close for lunch
I have a repair, how long will it take to be repaired?
Most repairs can be taken in and returned within a week. Some watches normally two- three weeks unless parts are required. Restringing 1-2 weeks. Engraving usually within a week unless by hand.
How safe are my items with you?
We are insured and have safes. However we do sometimes have to use Special Delivery Royal Mail. This is usually very safe and insured to certain levels. However we do like you to collect any item from us within a month or so of leaving it to be repaired. Please note that we will only retain an item for one year.
