Repairs
We offer a first class repair service:
Jewellery & Rings: Our local goldsmith can repair many items of jewellery and re-size rings at very competitive prices. We are also able to supply many stones and re-model items where required. We are able to deal with insurers on your behalf or supply estimates and are agents for Loss Management Group in Bath
Lost items: We can supply you with quotes to replace lost or stolen items and usually will offer insurers large discounts. Do not allow your insurance company to bully you into using another jeweller if you do not wish to, they cannot legally make you do this. Please speak to us first.
Watches: we can usually fit batteries in store, but some may require re-sealing if waterproof and these are normally sent away. We are able to repair and overhaul most watches.
Our watchmakers are also recommended by Omega, Rolex etc.

We cannot repair clocks but can advise you of a suitable repairer, although we can replace some quartz movements in certain clocks form £25.00
